Hey, I’m Dom — I help people become the healthiest and most confident version of themselves. I used to struggle with low self-esteem and body image until fitness and
nutrition changed my life. Now, it’s my mission to guide others through their own transformation.

Movement

I specialize in working with beginners, using functional fitness to teach practical movement that supports everyday life. From lifting groceries to keeping up with your kids, my goal is to help you move better and feel stronger beyond the gym. Fitness should enhance your life, not complicate it.

Mastery

With a degree in Health & Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey and certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer and NCI Nutrition Coach, I bring both education and experience to the table. I’ve learned from some of the best trainers in the industry and continuously sharpen my skills to deliver better results for my clients.

At heart, I’m a teacher — I love simplifying complex fitness and nutrition concepts so they’re easy to understand and apply. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to level up, I’m the coach who’s with you every step of the way.

Do you have a gym set up? I will come to you and create workouts based on the equipment you have so you can exercise from the convenience of your own home.

Whether it’s at your house, work place, or at a park, I will meet you where you are and bring the personal training to you.
